How do I start a custom order?
We begin with a conversation to understand your vision. Once we have the details, we'll provide a detailed quote and timeline for your celebration.
What are the lead times?
Lead times vary based on the complexity of the design and current demand. Most custom orders take 10-14 business days to complete, with rush options available.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and design. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cake.
Can I pick up my cake?
We offer in-person pickup at our studio in Sandy Springs. Please coordinate with us to ensure your cake is ready for you on the day of your event.
What are your shipping options?
We offer local delivery and nationwide shipping. Please note that shipping fees and insurance are additional and depend on the size and weight of your order.
