Ordering Specialty Cakes
Thank you for considering us for your special occasion. As we want to ensure full satisfaction with your order, please read the following rules carefully:
- Custom cakes covered in fondant or with fondant accent pieces require 7 - 14 days advance order. Do not hesitate to call if your cake is short notice. We will do our best to accommodate. However, we can only accept a limited number of orders weekly, and advance ordering ensures you will not miss out on your date.
- A 50% deposit is required to book an order.
- Cancellation policy: Your specialty cake requires a lot of work and attention once we are committed to create it, so please read carefully our cancellation policy
- Cancelled more than 4 days scheduled before pickup/delivery - $25 fee
- Cancelled 4 or 3 days days before scheduled pickup/delivery - 50% of your deposit
- Cancelled in less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery - customers are responsible for full amount due
- We accept orders over the phone at 678-402-8588, via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or in person. If you have a complicated cake design that requires additional time to discuss, please try to give us a call between 8AM and 1PM to assure that you can speak with our Master Artisan and to schedule a consultation. Otherwise, just about anyone at the bakery can accept a basic cake order during our hours of operation.
- If you submit an order via email, please give us 24 - 48 hours to respond. We have a lot of inquiries, but we always get to them.
Delivery and Pick Up:
- We offer professional delivery starting at $35 and higher depending on the destination.For large cakes, we recommend to use our delivery service although it is not required.
- We cannot take the responsibility for your cake, once it leaves the Sugar Benders facilities.
